🚀 Getting Started with AcknX

Welcome to AcknX Smart Monitoring & Automation System. Follow the steps below to create your account, connect your devices, and start monitoring Royalty Passes, DC Passes, and Marketplace activities.

Step 1: Create Your AcknX Account

1. Visit the AcknX website.
2. Click Create Account.
3. Enter:
   • Username
   • Mobile Number
   • Password
4. Click Register.

Your account will now be created and ready for verification.

Step 2: Verify Your Mobile Number

To protect your account and enable notifications, mobile verification is required.

1. After registration, a QR Code will appear on the screen.
2. Open your mobile camera or Telegram app.
3. Scan the QR Code.
4. A Telegram chat will open automatically.
5. Send the OTP shown on the screen.
6. Wait for verification confirmation.

Once verification is completed, your account becomes active.

Step 3: Generate Your Secure Token

Each AcknX Agent installation requires a unique security token.

1. Login to your AcknX account.
2. Navigate to Generate Token.
3. Click Generate New Token.
4. Copy the generated token carefully.
5. Store it securely.

This token connects your PC Agent to your AcknX account.

Step 4: Download and Install AcknX Agent

The AcknX Agent performs background monitoring and automation.

1. Download AcknXAgent from the website.
2. Run the installer.
3. If Windows displays a security warning, choose:
   • More Info
   • Run Anyway
4. Complete installation.

Note: Because the software is currently in the trial phase, Windows Defender/SmartScreen may display security prompts.

Step 5: Connect the Agent

1. Open AcknXAgent.
2. Enter your Username.
3. Paste your Secure Token.
4. Click Login.

The Agent will connect to your AcknX account and begin monitoring operations.

Step 6: Configure Account Settings

Login to the AcknX Dashboard.

Open: Settings → Account Configuration

Add:

• STML Number
• Registered Mobile Number
• Password

Save the settings.

These credentials allow AcknX to perform monitoring and automation tasks on your behalf.

Step 7: Install the Android App

1. Download the Android App from the Login Page.
2. Install the APK file.
3. If prompted:
   • Enable Install from Unknown Sources.
4. Open the App.
5. Login using your AcknX credentials.

The Android App is now connected to your account.

Step 8: Start Monitoring

Once setup is complete, AcknX automatically begins monitoring:

• Royalty Passes
• DC Passes
• Material Sales
• Material Purchases

No additional action is required.

Daily Usage

Most users only need to:

1. Keep AcknXAgent running on their PC.
2. Keep internet connectivity active.
3. Check Telegram notifications.
4. Use the Android App for live monitoring.
5. Periodically verify pass status.

AcknX handles monitoring automatically in the background.

• Keep your token private.
• Do not share account credentials.
• Keep the Agent running during working hours.
• Review notifications regularly.
• Verify critical passes manually during the trial period.
• Keep the Android App updated.

Troubleshooting

Agent Not Connecting

• Verify internet connection.
• Check Username and Token.
• Restart the Agent.

No Notifications Received

• Verify Telegram account is linked.
• Check Telegram notification settings.
• Ensure your account is verified.

Login Failed

• Verify Mobile Number and Password.
• Reset password if necessary.

Marketplace Not Showing Data

• Refresh the application.
• Check internet connectivity.
• Verify account permissions.
